My name is Isaiah Leon and I am an INFJ, the most uncommon of the sixteen total personality types. We are a very complex group of people who make up only 1% of the population. We are extremely Introverted people who require solace to regain our energy, but that doesn't mean that we are shy, we find enjoyment in working with individuals or small groups of people, but we also can be very happy by simply working alone behind the scenes as a writer or accountant. We are somewhat private people, people who I have know for years don't even remotely understand me, and never will.
I am, without a doubt, an INFJ, but there are a few things that set me apart from the rest of the introverted herd. Personalitypage.com says that I should be a perfectionist, and if you take one good look at my grades you will conclude Isaiah is indeed not a perfectionist. It also says that I am never completely at peace with myself which can be true during stressful periods of time, but to say that I am never at peace is simply false. Nostalgic movies or being with family can make me feel happy and at peace.
The INFJ descriptions that I read helped me to answer the EQ because it helped me understand myself. As the description on Keirsey.com states, I am a very complex person and for me to read about my personality was very satisfying. I realized that I am a good listener and although I might not have answers to peoples problems at this moment, I learned that something that has to do with psychology and the study of the human mind would be very interesting and could help me to find the fulfillment in my life that I desperately crave.
